Cambridge Independent Podcast
This looks like a really cool idea – I know I’d have appreciated it as a student if i hadn’t gone to University getting on for 20 years before podcasting existed! Seems a good way of giving local bands a wider audience.
In January 2005 Michael Rundle (a history student) launched regular music podcasts – produced in his room at Trinity College and featuring Cambridge bands. 300 people downloaded the first show. Now, apparently, the number listening is 4000.
